    2021年12月14日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2021年11月19日作出的初裁（No.19、20）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，分别终止对美国专利号8,378,875第11项申诉的调查和对列名被告巴西UEI Brasil Controles Remotos Ltda., Brazil的调查。
